Does Vetly cost anything for pet owners?+
No. Search, booking, pet profiles and reminders are always free for pet owners. You pay the clinic directly for the service, as usual.
Is my booking really guaranteed?+
Yes. Available times come from the clinic’s calendar, and the system never lets two people book the same time. The clinic can confirm your visit, and you’ll get an email about it.
How do I cancel or reschedule?+
If you booked while logged in, cancel in “My visits” at least 2 hours before. Otherwise call the clinic — you’ll find the phone number in the confirmation email.
Do I need an account?+
No: you can book with just your name and phone number. With an account you get visit history, pet profiles and vaccination reminders.
Who can leave a review?+
Only people who actually attended a visit. After the visit you get a personal link, so there are no fake reviews.
Do clinics speak English?+
Many do, but not all. If you’re unsure, add a note to your booking or call the clinic — the phone number is on its page.
